Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the music education program, ensuring its effectiveness and success.

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational plans for students, focusing on individualized growth and achievement.

• Collaborate with instructors and mentors to provide ongoing support and guidance to students.

• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events to enhance students’ musical knowledge and skills.

• Manage administrative tasks related to student enrollment, scheduling, and progress tracking.

• Stay informed about current trends and developments in music education, integrating relevant insights into program planning and delivery.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to explore and excel in their musical pursuits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in music performance (master degree preferred)

• Work experience in related fields

• Organizational skill, interpersonal skill, teamwork spirit and leadership, able to work independent
