NASC IS LOOKING FOR Sales Assistants FOR OUR NEW YORK CITY OFFICE.
Fulltime Position
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional real estate and other related services for international students to help them settle down.
- Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings to report and update colleagues on sales performance and market information.
- Timely update listing information, participate in client meetings and bring them to the property tours.
- Support brand and company promotion and have a general idea of company’s service as required.
- Excellent skills in research, ability to collect and analyze the customer group information;
- Ability to build rapport with leasing company and clients.
- Complete the company’s monthly target as required.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to working for any employers in the US
- Must be very familiar with social media like WeChat and other platforms.
- Proven sales experience or real estate experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related fields is preferred
