NASC IS LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT ANALYST FOR OUR NEW YORK CITY OFFICE.

Fulltime Position

Performs tasks requiring delivery of analysis and advice for management
Collaborates with clients, vendors, employees, and executives to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a business
Makes recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or staffing changes based on assessments of current practices; communicates these recommendations to executives or other appropriate senior staff.
Conducting surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems.
For new project of the company such as launching a new division, analyze the goal, business plan and future ventures, suggest budgets for new projects and conduct risk analysis
Conduct organization studies that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems
Prepare and participate in client-facing, recorded presentations.

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Management and Systems
Able to analyze data and translate and present raw numbers/metrics into documents/graphics that are easy to understand
Analytical and detail-oriented
Able to listen actively and gather customer requirements
Experienced in developing and delivering presentations
Organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage time
Adaptable, flexible, able to work independently and with teams
Able to learn new technologies quickly
Heavy knowledge base of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint experience a plus
